Product Description

Foam Fluxer With Pre Heater

For fluxing and pre heating the PCB before Dip Soldering. The foam fluxer applies a uniform layer of flux to the PCB through a foaming tube. The air knife smoothens up the flux, and removes the axcess flux. The pre heater activates the flux, and prepares the assembly for soldering.

Carrier supplied compatible with Model DIP 905
Foam Fluxer with plastic foaming tube.
Digital temperature controller for pre heater.
Independent Flow Control valve for air knife and fluxer.
One touch pneumatic fittings for external air supply.
